Italia - Oleander - Nerium oleander
"Italia" ist eine Standardsorte im rot einfach blühenden Segment. Sie ist mittel- bis starkwüchsig und ist üppig belaubt. Der Farbton der Blüten ist ähnlich wie bei "Emile Sahut", ein kräftiges Rot, jedoch nicht ganz so dunkel. Die Blüten duften leicht und sind im Durchschnitt 5 cm groß. "Italia" gilt als besonders frostbeständig und kann in milden Klimalagen, mit Winterschutz versehen, ausgepflanzt werden. "Italia" zählt zu den wertvollen und robusten Sorten.
